How to Book
For the Caterham School camps please wait for the calendar of camps below to load. Click on the camp you are interested in booking, create an account with Bookaby and add as many camps as you would like to the basket before checking out.
If booking for the Copthorne site please find a link to the booking on the camp page. Do not use the calendar below as this will only show the camps at Caterham.
You will be asked to create an account and add your children’s details in and then you can add your children onto the camps easily without having to duplicate all the info going forwards. You will need to remember to update medical info and notes in your child’s account if anything changes.

Paying by childcare voucher?
We do accept childcare vouchers and we also accept the government tax free childcare scheme. When you make your booking there is an option to pay by childcare voucher or the tax free scheme. If paying by childcare voucher you will need a specific code for the School you are booking at. The list of accounts and their respective codes are listed when you book and opt to pay by childcare. The childcare vouchers we can work with are:

- Kiddivouchers

If your childcare voucher scheme is not one of the above, please email wildcatscamp@caterhamschool.co.uk to request for this to be set up.
You will need to transfer the correct amount from your childcare voucher provider account at the time of booking and upload a screenshot of proof of payment to continue. Your booking will go into a pending status. Once payment is received we will confirm your booking and you will receive a notification of confirmation of the booking.
No booking will be fully confirmed until a full payment is received.
Please note that we are unable to refund any payments made by childcare voucher. A credit can be applied if you give us at least 4 weeks notice before the date(s) you would like to cancel.
