Calling all singers, dancers and actors! Join us for a week of all things Musical Theatre this summer! 

We are delighted to be teaming up with LCA Stage Academy again as part of our Summer WildCats holiday camp program. Located in the School’s state of the art Performing Arts Centre which boasts two theatres, a dance studio and music department.

Performers enrolled into the camp will develop their skills in all aspects of performing arts, focusing on singing, acting and dancing and learning sequences from various musicals. Performers will also experience working with full technical support (microphones and stage lighting) to develop more skills as a performer in preparation of the demonstration performance at the end of the week.

On day 5, performers will experience a ‘Demonstration Day’, which will teach them important elements of how rehearsals run in a professional setting and teachers will prepare them for the aforementioned end-of-week performance. There’s also a quiz about the musicals they’ve been learning about to further develop their musical theatre knowledge! Performers will be performing some of the techniques and pieces that they have been working on in a demonstration performance in the Humphreys Theatre from 2.45pm on Friday 11th August.

Performers spend the 5 days in a fun, safe, professional, creative and friendly environment. To be a performer, it’s important to know your craft and gain as much experience in all three disciplines… And of course, have fun whilst doing so!
